Hi Jason -

We are interested in a range style cubby with an extended verandah. Just the cubby, l slides or anything else. In weathertex finish. Also wondering if you can do a server type window onto the large side section of the verandah.

If you could let me know ballpark price please, that would be great.

Hi Jason, I have a question about the ranch. Can it be built to suit a smaller space, I'm looking at approx 3m wide and 2.4 depth. I would still really like the deck on the side. Is this possible and approx how much?

I need an outdoor space that's covered for my children
The space I have is 1.7w x up to 3d and 2.1h - happy to have a flat roof but must have sunlight or Perspex roofing in areas to create light - the cubby will be surrounded by walls on three sides so only need front windows
Verandah would be good but optional.
Is it possible to have the door in a barn style? So cut in half to keep younger brothers out but still able to look in?
We are based on Sydney and would want it installed and ground mounted

Hi Jason, good to see you online.....
I first purchased what you now call the cottage for my house in Adamstown 8 years ago and then a few years later had you build what ended up basically being another room at the back of the garden in Charlestown. We will soon be moving again so may be in touch :D Very, very happy with both cubbies and your quality of work :)

Hi Jason
I spoke to you today about the homestead. We are from gerringong...about 45 mins south of wollongong. Just wondering how much the ranch is?...delivered, installed and painted in your same colour scheme?? Only thing extra...we would need 2 entrances in front of the cubby door and one in the middle on the verandah side. Do you use the same decking flooring throughout the inside of the cubby or particle board? What do you suggest as preparation for underfloor? (we currently have sir walter turf in the spot)
Many thanks
P.s we are fairly sure the slope drops off no more than 30 cm to the right.

Hi Tess, the ranch cubby is 4.2m wide x 2.7m deep x 2.2m high to the peak, clad in weathertex with full deck floor it has 2 opening windows and 2 sliding windows and 1 window awning. Price not painted is $3195 del and installed (slippery dip excluded) Due to size most of the cubby house is built on site to retain strength and quality.
